Welcome to Kotokatti – a comfortable and well-equipped terraced apartment in a quiet area close to the services and outdoor activities of Vuokatti.

This 56 m² one-storey apartment offers an ideal setting for couples and small families, whether you are on the move for an active holiday or leisurely relaxation. The cozy living room/kitchen is the heart of the apartment – ??there is a dining area for 4–5 people and a sofa bed (140x200 cm) that can be used as an extra bed if necessary for 1-2 persons. The bedroom has three separate 80 cm wide beds and plenty of storage space in a separate wardrobe. The spacious hallway offers space for outdoor equipment, a separate toilet. The bathroom and an electrically heated sauna provide the setting for relaxation at the end of the day. The bathroom also has a washing machine and a drying cabinet – perfect equipment, especially for the needs of the ski season.

The living room leads to the apartment's lush and sheltered fenced backyard, with natural stone slabs and garden furniture. The yard is fenced all around with a net about a meter high, which makes it also great for pets - you don't have to go for a run right after waking up in the morning, but your pet can enjoy the outdoors right outside the door, which can also be a happy holiday surprise for your pet!

There is a parking lot in front of the apartment with a car heater socket, and in the yard there is also a waste shed with sorting facilities and a swing area suitable for children to play in a fresh environment. Additional comfort is provided by the housing company's shared ski waxing room and cage storage, where you can store, if necessary, your hobby equipment, among other things. Kotokatti is ideally located, from where the diverse experiences and services of Vuokatti are easily accessible. The distance to Kajaani is about 35 km and the center of Sotkamo is only 6 km. The famous ski slopes of Vuokatti await you 1.7 km away – a convenient distance even in winter without long transfers.

Only 2.5 km away is the Holiday Club Katinkulta spa world, which offers diverse relaxation and exercise opportunities all year round. Less than half a kilometer from the apartment is the Vuokatti SuperPark indoor activity park, which is the perfect savior for rainy days for families. In the summer, the net park and water sports park, about 2 km away, offer an exciting experience, where the whole family can have an adventure in the lap of nature.

Winter sports fans are spoiled: Vuokatti's extensive network of ski trails covers 190 km of ski trails, 32 km of which are illuminated. Just 500 meters away, you can take a shortcut directly to the Vuokatti lowland ski slopes, which also connect to the first snow ski slope. The outdoor trails and paths are also excellent for hiking with your dog - the area has plenty of varied terrain and beautiful landscapes, especially around the Vuokatti.

The holiday apartment is available from 4 pm on the day of arrival, and until 12 pm on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings.

For an additional fee, you can order bed linen and towels, as well as final cleaning, so you can fully focus on enjoying your holiday.

Pets are warmly welcome! (Additional fee, max. 2 pets per booking.) The kitchen is equipped for pet guests - the apartment has a food bowl, a drinking bowl, a paw towel and sleeping pads. Please also consider the peace of the neighborhood when staying with a pet.
