High-quality and modern interior with small details ensure a luxurious experience alongside the services. The apartment's location on the fourth floor guarantees a peaceful and quiet retreat in the midst of Pyhä's amenities. The spacious apartment is suitable for either couples or small families. On the ground floor of the building, there is the Popolo restaurant. There is also an elevator is available in the building.

The 75 m² apartment features a living room/kitchen, a bathroom/sauna, and a separate WC. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms and an additional WC. Additionally, there's a balcony accessible either from the living room or the bathroom, featuring an additional chargeable outdoor hot tub.

Sleeping arrangements: 2 bedrooms, each with two 90 x 200 cm beds. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be converted into two extra beds. Child gates are provided at both the top and bottom of the stairs. The second bedroom upstairs has a skylight that can be blacked out with an electrically operated blackout blind if needed.

Bed linens are provided and beds will be made up, but additional beds are not made up, linens for these beds are provided in the apartment.

Guests have access to a shared laundry room and a ski maintenance room located in the Kultakero I building. Access to the laundry room and ski maintenance room is via the apartment's door code. Ski storage is available in the basement of Kultakero II building, also accessible with the apartment's door code.

There is no dedicated parking space for the apartment, but there are parking spaces in front of the Kultakero I and II buildings, along with 4 electric car charging points for public use, approximately 20-100 meters away. The apartment is located right next to the slopes, providing direct access for skiing. The nearest ski trail is 300 meters away, and there are approximately 150 km of ski trails in Pyhä-Luosto National Park. Lapland Ski Resort Luosto is about 20 km away, where is also the Amethyst Spa.

Hiking trails in Pyhä-Luosto National Park are less than 300 meters away. Along these trails, pedestrians can hike to Finland's deepest gorge, Isokuru, where the breathtaking Pyhänkasteenputous Waterfall is located. Hiking trails also lead to the summit of Pyhä-Luosto's highest fell, Noitatunturi, which has an altitude of 540 meters. Some hiking trails also serve as mountain biking routes, and there are several companies in Pyhä that rent out mountain and fat bikes for cycling.

About 15 km towards Luosto, there is Lampivaara Amethyst Mine, a worthwhile destination to visit. Visitors can dig for their own lucky amethyst and then enjoy coffee and doughnuts at Lampivaara's café.
