Röllimetsä Manor D11 is a splendid apartment in Levi, located in the Atri area. This two-story elegant apartment is situated on the top floor of the building, offering a view of the magnificent Levi fell. This apartment uniquely combines modern comfort with the Lapland landscape.

Upon entering into the innovative catamaran-style apartment building, you are greeted by an open living room/kitchen inviting to relax and enjoy the scenery. The first floor also includes a bedroom, sauna, and bathroom – a perfect place for unwinding. The large glazed balcony provides a space to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views throughout the year.

On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with convenient access to another glazed balcony. The bedroom is equipped with two beds, each 100 cm wide. In the hallway, there are two additional beds and a sofa bed, ensuring comfortable nights for all guests. The upper floor also has its own bathroom, allowing everyone to prepare for the day's activities in peace.

The location is close to Levi Center and various outdoor trails – whether your passion is jogging, cycling, skiing, or snowmobiling, everything is within reach.

The communal area features a campfire site for residents to use collectively. The building also has a bike shed in the yard.

The parking area of the building has parking spaces, and you can choose an available one. Parking is free, but there is a fee for car heating or charging an electric/hybrid car (25 cents/kWh in 2024, price subject to change) via the Easy Park app, which the tenant needs to download.

Levi Center is 2 km away by road. There is a walking and cycling path to Levi Center.
